Like pages allow you to interact with your customers after they press the “like” button in Facebook. When a “Like” page is created, you are allowing your fans to join your Facebook member page. “Like” pages look and behave much like a user’s personal private profile. The users that “like” you will see your posts in their news feed
Connect
When a customer connects with you it allows automated messages related to their visits and progress through your loyalty program to be posted via their news feeds. These posts can be seen by their friends
